Memorandum of Assqciation and Rules relating to the tormation and registration of a Charitable Society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act XXI of 1860) for imparting quality education and rendering assistance to Poor Meritorious- Students of Punjab. Memorandum %f Association Name of 1__ the society (1) The' name of the Society 'shall be the "Society for Promotion of Quality Education for Poor ad Meritorious Students of Punjab" (herein after called the Sotiety). (2) The Head Office of the Society shall be located at the office of the Director Public Instruction (Secondary Education) Punjab or. at such place, as may be specified by the President of the Society. Area of operation:- The Society shall operate and discharge its functions in wholeof the state of Punjab, Objects of the Society; The objects of the Society shall be; (a) to establish Senior Secondary Schools in the State of Punjab for imparting education, exclusively. to those students of Punjab, who qualify their Matric Examination from the Government Schools of Punjab affiliated with the Punjab School Education-Board; and (b) to render assistance to the said meritorious students in imparting education in the said schools The names, addresses and occupations of the members of the Society: We, the following persons whose names and addresses are given below, having associated ourselves for the objects described in the Memorandum of Association, do hereby subscribe our names to this Memorandum of Association, and set our respective hands hereunto and form ourselves in to a societv, namely the Society for Promotion of Guality Education for Poor ad Meritorious Students of Punjab under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act XXI of 1860} this of 2013. day 2 Objects of the society 3 4 Serial Name No. Hon'b
