No. SANKIRNA-0816/625/C.R. 101/DESK 11.—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), in its application to the State of Maharashtra and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf ; and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications, issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bhusawal, the Government of Maharashtra, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby, with effect from the 16th June 2019 specifies that,— (a) Bodwad in Jalgaon District, to be the place where the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class shall be established ; (b) the Criminal cases arising out of Bodwad Police Station area and out of the villages mentioned in Schedule 'A' appended hereto, being filed and dealt with by the court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bhusawal and Nyayadhikari, Gram Nyayalaya, Bodwad, shall stand transferred to the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bodwad, with effect from the day of 16th June, 2019. (c) the Criminal cases arising out of the villages mentioned in Schedule 'A' appended hereto, and falling within the Bodwad police station area, shall from the day of 16th June, 2019 be filed and dealt with by the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bodwad.
