No. CRC. 2010/355/C.R.65/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), in its application to the State of Maharashtra and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf; and in partial modification of all the earlier notification issued inthis behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panhala, in Kolhapur District, and the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Malkapur-Shahuwadi, in Kolhapur Disrtict, the Government of Maharashtra, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby specifies that, with effect from the 8th April 2017. (a) the village specified in the Schedule 'A' appended hereto, which were heretofore included within the jurisdiction of the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panhala and in the Schedule 'B' appended hereto, which were heretofore included within the jurisdiction of the Court of judicial Magistrate, First Class, Malkapur-Shahuwadi in Kolhapur District, shall be excluded therefrom and be included within the jurisdiction of the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kale, (Kheriwade) in Kolhapur District ; and (b) all the matters of criminal nature arising out of the villages mentioned in the Schedule 'A' and the Schedule 'B' appended hereto, pending before the said date in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panhala and the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, MalkapurShahuwadi in Kolhapur Distirct, respectively, shall be transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kale (Kheriwade) in
