Notification 2/1/82-RD In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (10) of Section 41 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act; 1968 (2 of 1969) and in partial modification of the Government Notification No RDIBLDG/77/69-V, dated 30-9-1969 published in the Official Gazette, Series [ No. 26 dated 30-9-1969, the Administrator of Goa, Daman and Diu hereby constitutes Appellate Board consisting of the District Judges of Panaji and Margao for the local areas comprised within their respective jurisdiction, for the purpose of the said Act.
