No. RD/RENT/240/77 — The GOA, BUILDINGS (LEASE, RENT AND EVICTION) CONTROL ACT, 1968

Notification No. RD/RENT/240/77 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 41 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968 (Act No. 2 of 1969), the Administrator of Goa, Daman and Diu is pleased to appoint the Additional Deputy Collectors, Goa North Division and Goa South Division as Authorised Officers and Rent Controllers, for all local areas comprising within their respective jurisdiction for the purposes of the said Act and further directs that they shall perform the functions of Authorised Officers and Rent Controllers within the areas of their respective jurisdictions, under the said Act.
