Revenue Department No. 10/7/87 - RD In exercise of the powers, conferred by clause (a) of Sub-section (2) and sub-section (3) of section 41 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968 (Act No 2 of 1969), the Government of Goa is pleased to appoint the following officers as Authorised officers, Controllers and Additional Controllers for the purpose of the said Act and to further direct that they should perform the functions of an Authorised officer under the provisions of the said Act, mentioned against each in the corresponding entry in column 3 within their respective jurisdictions in the districts specified in the, corresponding entry in column 4 of the schedule. SCHEDULE This supersedes Government Notifications NO.RD/BLDG/77/69-VI dated 30-9-1969 , N No. RD/RENT/243/77 dated 8 -8 -1978 and No. 3/1/83 -RD dated 10 -1 -1984.
