(Published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 28 dated 9-10-1980) ________________ Notification No. RD/Delegation/318/79 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 41 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968 (Act No. 2 of 1969), the Administrator of Goa, Daman and Diu hereby appoints the Deputy Collector, Daman as Additional Controller for all local areas comprising within his jurisdiction in Daman for the purpose of the said Act.
