WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Municipal Corporation Bill,2006, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; Itis hereby enacted in the Fifty-eighth Year ofthe Republic ofIndia, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows Short title and 1.
