No. FS/VSIDES/99/11771-978 Dated 31-12-1999 NOTIFICATION No. FSIVSDDES/99- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act; 1969,(18 of 1969), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with the approval of the Central Government; hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title; extent and commencement:- These rules may be called the Delhi Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999. They extend to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. (3) They shall come into force with effect from the 1 st day of January,2000.
