MODEL REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS RULES, 1999 In exercise of the powers conterred by section 30 of the Registration of' Births and Deaths Act, 1969, (18 of 1969) the State GovemimentfGovemorlAdministrator of. with the approval of the Central Governient, hereby makes the following rules; namely; L. Short title--( 1 These nules may be called the Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999.
