[G.S.R. 58(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (6 of 1974) the Central Government after consultations with 2 [Central Pollution Control Board], hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
