(f) "Member" means a member of the Central Board and includes the Chairman thereof; (g) "Member-Secretary" means the Member-Secretary of the Central Board; (h) "Section" means a section of the Act; (i) "Schedule" means a schedule appended to these rules; (j) "Year" means the financial year commencing on the first day of April .
