02 , , , 1944 - 23 , 2022 Agrahayana 02, Wednesday , Saka 1944- November 23, 2022 4 () (I) ( - ) DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION Jaipur, November 16, 2022 G.S.R.101 . -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Central Act No. 6 of 1974), the State Government, after consultation with the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975, namely:- 1.Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules, 2022. They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2.Amendment of SCHEDULE IV. -In part-IV of the SCHEDULE - IV appended to the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975, after the existing serial number 47 and entries thereto, the following new serial numbers 48 to 54 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:- " [F.6(1)Env./16] By order of the Governor, Shikhar Agrawal , Principal Secretary to the Government. 453 Government Central Press, Jaipur.
