Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules, 2023. They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of SCHEDULE IV. In Part-IV of SCHEDULE IV appended to the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975, after the exiting serial number 54 and entries thereto and before the existing note, the following new serial numbers 55 to 102 and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely: - 55_ 56_ 57. 58 59. Ball pens excluding manufacturing of metallic components and ink Bindi Manufacturing excluding manufacturing of _glue (only SSD) Units involved in sorting and grinding of spices Embroidery work,_zari work and ornamental trimmings carrying units (by hand) Frying of dals and other cereals (involving no source of emission/effluent) (only SSI) Garment/ apparel units involving only stitching process (involving no source of emission/ effluent) (only SSI) Gud
