[Authorised English Translat ionJ HARYANA GOVERIIMENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT Notifrcation The 8th August, 2014 No. S.O, t?lC,A. 61197413, 412014.- Whereas the Haryana State Pollution Control Board was constituted vide Haryana Government, Enyironmcnt Department, notification No.212212008-l Env. dated the 2lst Novembcr, 2008; And whereas the State Covernment vid.e order endorsement No. 212212008-lE, datcd the 23rd December, 201I, constitutod llaryana State Pollution Control Board and nominated membcrs for a period of three years, except thc Chairman and the Member Secrctary; And whercas it is expedient to nomirate a full timc Chairman of the Board; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub s€ction (2) of scction 4, read with sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Watcr (Preventio, and Control ofPollution) Act, 1974 (Ccntral Act 6 of 1974), thc Governor ofHaryana hercby nominates hofessor Surinder Deswal, Ciyil Engineering Department,. National Institute of Technology, Kurukshctra, Haryana as Chairman of the Haryaoa State Pollutioo Control Board for a pcriod of thrcc ycars.
