‍ 20 , , 1947 - 11 , 2025 Sravana 20, Monday, Saka 1947- August 11, 2025 4 () (I) ‍ (‍ ) ‍ DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION Jaipur, August 11, 2025 G.S.R.54 . -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Central Act No. 6 of 1974), the State Government, after consultation with the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975, namely:- Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. Amendment of SCHEDULE IV. -In Part -IV of the SCHEDULE IV appended to the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975, after the existing serial number 104 and entries thereto, the following new serial numbers 105 to 877 and entries thereto shall be added, namely: - “ RAJASTHAN GAZETTE Extraordinary Published by Authority “ [File No. F.6(1)Env/2016/Pt.1 ] By order of the Governor, Vijai N., Secretary to the Government. ____________ Government Central Press, Jaipur.
