‍ ‍ 30 , , , 1944 -21 , 2023 Phalguna 30, Tuesday , Saka 1944- March 21, 2023 ‍4‍() ‍‍(I) ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍(‍‍‍ ‍ ) ‍ DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION Jaipur, 16 March, 2023 G.S.R.152 . -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Central Act No. 6 of 1974), the State Government, after consultation with the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975, namely:- Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules, 2023. They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. Amendment of SCHEDULE IV. -In Part -IV of SCHEDULE IV appended to the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975, after the exiting serial number 54 and entries thereto and before the existing note, the following new serial numbers 55 to 102 and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “ RAJASTHAN GAZETTE Extraordinary Published by Authority ‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ ‍‍‍ ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ ” [F 6(1)Env/2016] By order of the Governor, Shikhar Agrawal, Additional Chief Secretary to the Government.
