Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Water Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2 Amendment of SCHEDULE IV.~ In Part-IV of the SCHEDULE IV appended to the Rajasthan Water Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975, after the existing serial number 104 and entries thereto, the following new serial numbers 105 to 877 and entries thereto shall be added, namely: 105. Bailing (hydraulic Press) plastic waste etc 106. Engraving work 107. Agricultural services not elsewhere classified (like harvesting threshing) 108_ Button & hooks manufacturing units 109_ Computer and peripheral assembling_units_ 110. Ceramic products manufacturing by sun drying 111. Common salt crushing and packing units 112_ Distributors of agricultural machinery and equipment 113- Distributor of industrial machinery and equipment other than electrical Engineering workshop, machine shop; f
