They shall In (a) in C the heading AOS O , the words "AND THE QUALIFI- l bid CATIONS g OF ANALYSTS " shall be Q inserted at the end; (b) after rule 26 , the following rule shall be inserted , namely:— "26A . Persons possessing f the following G qualifications A are eligible l pg for appointment d Al as g q Government Analysts or as pp Board Analysts under sub-section (1) (3)hbf i or sub-section (3) l , y as tho case may be , () of section 53 , namely :— Essential.—(i) M.Sc hl . Degree i in Chemistry il or equivalent ii or () Bachelor Degree i in y q Chemical Engineering d or Biog chemical Engineering; and (ii) 10 years idi ' experience i in analysis hi of water , sewaj» G w y industrial wastes y in teaching , research or j Govern -ment Laboratory . Desirable.—(i) Doctorate hiM' Degree D in Chemistry Chil or Bio() chemistry or iBi gy Master's Degree in Chemical Engineer- il Eii y g ing or Bio-chemical Engineering; (ii) Evidence of published papers in the field.
