PUNJAB GOVT GAZ (EXTRA) NOVEMBER 13,2014 1005 (KRTK 22. 1936 SAKA) FART H GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR NOTIFICATION The | Oth November 2014 No. GSR.6O/C.A.30/1979/S JS/Amd (39/201+.-With reference to the Government of Punjab, Department of Labour; Notification No GSRAI/ CA30/1979/S.35/Amd /2014, dated the |6th July; 2014,and in exercise of the Powers conferred by section 35 0f thc Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 ( Central Act No.30 of [979). and all other powers enabling him in this behalf; the Governor of Punjab is pleascd t0 make following rules further to amend the Inter-State Migrant Workmen ( Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Rules; 1983,namely:- RULES These rules may be called the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Amendment Rules, 2014. 2. In the Inter State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Rules, 1983 for rule 12,the following rules shall be substituted, narely "12 Fees:-(1) The fees t0 be paid for the grant of certificate of registration of an establishment under Section 4, shall be as follows namely Ifthe number of migrant-workmen proposed to be recruited Or proposed to be employed in the establishments for employment on any day Rs. [20.00 (a) is 5 but does not exceed 20 exceed 50 Rs. 300.00 (b) exceeds 20 but does not Rs. 600.00 (c) exceeds 50 but does not excced 100 Rs. 1200.00 (d) exceeds 100 but does not exceed 200 400 Rs. 2400.00 (e) exceeds 200 but does not exceed Rs. 3000.00 (f) exceeds 400 /ul PUNJAB GOVT: GAZ.
