[The Uttar Pradesh Junior High Schools (Payment of Salaries of Teachers and Other Employees) Act, 1978] (3) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid, as soon as may be, before both the Houses of the State Legislature. Delegation 16. The State Government may, by notification, delegate all or any of its powers under this Act to the Director. Power to make rules 17. The State Government may by notification make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. ———— 2
