Government of Haryanal-ynut FTT Directorate of Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department @u Tro 314f 74 | 3qd HIctfrrIT4 ORDER ~Consequent upon the issuance of guidelines under "Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion' (DIPP), Govt of India as part of Business Reforms Action Plan under Ease of Doing Business for the year 2017-18 (e-service: issuance of new licences Repairer; Dealer; Manufacturer & their renewal under Haryana Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011,it is hereby decided that:- As per Performance indicator-177 Design and implement as system for identifying licensees that need to be inspected: The| inspection of licences will be categorised High, Medium & low risk The categorisation is on the basis of risk and public interest factors: (a High risk licencesz Issuance of repairer licence, Issuance of manufacturing licence and renewal of repairing licences In case of High risk licences the ILMACLMIDCLM & other officerslofficials (directed by HOD) shall carry out the inspections, provided that the first visit will be advisory only. (b) Medium riskz Issuance of dealers licences to the existing manufacturer of Weights and Measures, Issuance of dealers licence to the applicant which are exclusive dealers of any Manufacturer of Weights and Measures of Haryana State. In case of medium risk licences; the manufacturers under whom the dealers are working, will certify the report and self certification will also be allowed Low risk:- Issuance of dealer licence, Renewal of dealer licences, Issuance and renewal of repairing licence to manufacturer of Haryana State for repairing their own products, Issuance and renewal of repairing licence to licensed manufacturers of other States for repairing their own products.
