Proposed posts for Constitution of MSE Facilitation Council be filled from present cadre strength of Department of Industries. 2 Sitting fees for the nominated members of MSE Facilitation Council will be as Rs. 1500/- per meeting: 3_ For the reference filed for delayed payment before MSE Facilitation Council, applicant enterprise has to pay fees as follows: S.No. Claim amount in reference Fees_per Reference 1 Up to Rs. 10 Lacs delayed payment Rs. 550 /- claim (Principal + Interest)_ 2_ Above Rs. 10 Lacs Delayed payment Rs. 2000 /- claim (Principal + Interest) 3_ Reference of delayed payment only Rs. 5000 for interest Per Reference; Determination of application fees of Facilitation Council will be o merits and demerits and it will be decided by Administrative Department: This Sanction is issued in continuation of Finance Department ID No. 101900032 dated 31.01.2019.
