(1) These rules may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Amendment) Rules, 2020. - (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 2018, in rule 6, in sub-rule (2),- 4. (a) in opening paragraph, for the word 'eleven', the word 'thirteen' shall be substituted; 5. (b) after clause (iii), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely:- '(iiia) Secretary or Principal Secretary of the Department having administrative control over Industries of any one State or Union territory on rotational basis; (iiib) Secretary or Principal Secretary of the Department having administrative control over Consumer Affairs of any one State or Union territory on rotational basis;' [F.
