(1) As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act there shall be established in the State of Uttar Pradesh a federation to be called the Uttar Pradesh Goshala Sangh.

3. (1) As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act there shall be established in the State of Uttar Pradesh a federation to be called the Uttar Pradesh Goshala Sangh. (2) The federation shall consist of such number of persons elected by the trustees of Goshalas in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) For the purposes of this section no person shall be deemed to be a trustee whose name is not entered as such in the Pradesh Goshala Register on a date appointed in this behalf by the State Government by notification in the Gazette .
