The following Act of the Tannil Nadu Legislative Assembly received the assent of the 'overnor on the 9th November 2002 and is hereby published for general information:--
J ACT No. 40 OF 2002.
An Act further to atnend the Tamil Nadu Additional Assessrnenr and Additional Water-Cess Act, 1963.
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
( 1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Additional Assessment and Additional Water- short title and Cess (Amendment) Act, 2002. commcement.
It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
