These rulcs may be called thc Ministers' (Allowances, Medica] Treatment and other privileges) Amcndment Rules, 1960. 2 In th Ministers' (Allowances, Medical Trestment and other privileges) Rules 1957 (hereinatter rcferred to as the said Tules) , in rule 12, aiter sub-rule (2) , the following sub-rule shall be inserted. nemely: "(3) A Minister, when travelling on duty by rond, shall b entitled, without payment: to take with him one relutive 3_ In rule 13 0 € the said rules;_(i) after sub rule (1), the following sub-rule Ehall be inscrted, namelv: "(2) A Minister who does not utiliz ' the free transport provided by the Air Company betwecn thc Rir-booking Centre And the Birport mey also recover In rezpect OL the Journey to or from the alrport: actual travelling expenses or road milcag : 45 for Journey on duty by road edmissible under rule 12 (ii) existing gub-rule (2) shall be Tenumbered 29 sub-Tule (3), 4 In rulc 23 af the said rules, after item (iji), the following Itemg shall be inserted, namely: "(iv) 4 Deputy Ministcr, when travelling on duty by road, shall be entitled, without payment; to take one relativc; (v) In th case of 0 journey hy air on duty. a Deputy Minister who does not utillze the free transport pro
