And I hereas the Governmenl of' India in: the Department of Agricultural Research and Education/Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has approved the making of the first Ordinance regarding the establishment and management of the College of Veterinary Science at Selesih in Mizoram vide its letter number 42-1r94-Edn IV, dated.3 Ist January. 1995. NoIv, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-seclion ( 2) read with clause (k} (0) and (2) of sub-section ( I) of section 27 of the Cenrral Agricultural Universir' Act; 1992 (40 of 1992), and with the previous approval of the Central Goiemment; [. the Vice-Chancellor of the Centra] Agricultural University.
