DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATION GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE Central Agricultural University, lmphal (Manipur) ORDINANCE Imphal, the 31st August, 1994 No. 6 of 1994 No. VCICAU/14(ESTABLIS)/93; Whereas the Government of India in the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (Indian Council of Agricultural Research's has, approved' the Making of the first Ordinance regulating the various fees to be charged for the courses. of study of Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) (B:Sc.(Agri)), and Master of Science (Agriculture) (M.Sc.(Agri)), admission to the said courses, examination fees and fee for award of degrees of the Central Agricultural University by the Vice-Chancellor of the said University vide letter No. 42(1 )/94-Edn. IV dated 23rd August, 1994. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by-sub-section (2) read with clause (e) of sub-section ( I ) of section 27 of the Central Agricultural University Act, 1992 (40 of 1992), and with the previous apprOval of the Central Government, as aforesaid, I, the Vice-Chancellor of the. Central Agricultural University, Imphal, do hereby make the first Ordinance and notify the various fees - both non-refundable and refundable; chargeable from the students of B.Sc.(Agri) and M.Sc.(Agri) of the College of Agriculture, finphal, as given in the Table annexed hereto: ivi-w‘PaN 9wt TAM F 1 Note: 1 Master's thesis examination fee is required to be deposited only once in the semester when the Post-Graduate student is expected to submit his/her thesis.
