The Corporation will have a Board of Governors comprising a Chairman, an Executive Governor, a Governor who would be responsible for finance and a Governor in charge of personnel matters. Besides, these full-time functionaries, the Board will also have six part-time Governors -people of eminence drawn from diverse walks of life. The Governors will be appointed by the President of India on the recommendations of as Committee headed by the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha and consisting of the Chairman of the Press Council of India and a nominee of the President of India.
