BE itenacted by Parliament in the Sixty-second YearofteRepublic ofIndiaas follows: 1. (1) This Act may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Short title and Amendment Act; 2011_ commence - (2) Itshall come into force on such date as the Central Govemmentmay, by notification ment_ in the Official Gazette, appoint: 25 of 1990. 2.
