NOTIFICATION In consequence of the 'Guidelines for extraction of trees from nonforest areas' Notified vide No. F.7 (297)/For/FP-2016/,L4ni)- saq dated 22/01/2021, the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in the detailed procedure for extraction of trees from non-forest areas issued vide order No.F. 7(44)/For/FP-2001/Part-II/19-630-729 dated 20th October, 2010, namely:- In the said detailed procedure, after Sub-Para 2.10, the following Sub-Para shall be added, namely:- "2.11 In case of establishment of new industries, the action for extraction of trees from non-forest land either Government or private land shall be completed in thirty days from the date of eonetHy of the complete application from the user agency," This shall have immediate effect.
