NOTIFICATION Vide notification number F.7(44)/FOR/FP/2001 /Part-II/ 19,630-729 dated 20 October 2010, detailed procedure for extraction of trees from non-forest areas was prescribed. Paragraph number 3 of the notification prescribed the procedure for permission for extraction of rubber trees. However , vide notification number F.7(44)/FOR/FP-2018-19/RUBBER/28693- 749 dated 16 October 2019_ rubber tree has been included among the trees not requiring tree registration certificate and extraction permission: Therefore, the procedure for permission for extraction of rubber trees has become superfluous. It has, therefore, been decided that the entire paragraph number 3 entitled "Permission for Extraction 0f Rubber Trees' in the detailed procedure for trees for non- forest areas notified vide NoF.7(44) /FOR/FP/2001/Part-II/19,630-729 dated 20 October 2010 of Forest Department shall be deleted, Notwithstanding this deletion, the owner of rubber trees will have to intimate the local Range Officer at least ten days in advance in the forin prescribed by Forest Department's circular number F.7(44)/FOR/FP-2018-19/RUBBER/37538-562 dated 07/12/2019 (copy of the forin enclosed).
