NOTIFICATION In consequence of the 'Guidelines for extraction of trees from non- forest areas' Notified vide No: F.7 (297) /For /FP-2016/41444 500 dated 22/01/2021, the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in the detailed procedure for extraction of trees from non-forest areas issued vide order NoF. 7(44) /For/FP-2001 /Part-II/ 19-630-729 dated 2Oth October, 2010, namely: - In the said detailed procedure, after Sub-Para 2.10, the following Sub-Para shall be added, namely: - 62.11 In case of establishment of new industries, the action for extraction of trees from non-forest land either Government or private land shall be completed in thirty days from the date of receipt of the complete application from the user agency" This shall have immediate effect: By order of the Governor Ba (Barun Kumar Sahu; {As2| Principal Secretary, Government of Tripura Printed at the Tripura Government Press, Agartala: No.271 Registered No. N.
