SECURITIES APPELLATE TRIBUNAL (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRESIDING OFFICER AND OTHER MEMBERS) RULES, 2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15L, read with section 15M and clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and in supersession of the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Other Conditions of Service of the Presiding Officer) Rules, 1997, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:— Short title and commencement (1) These rules may be called the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Presiding Officer and other Members) Rules, 2003. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
