The provisions of this Act shall apply mutatis mutandis in respect of any epidemic disease or pestilence or such other diseases affecting animals, plant life or crops or aquatic creatures.

32. The provisions of this Act shall apply mutatis mutandis in respect of any epidemic disease or pestilence or such other diseases affecting animals, plant life or crops or aquatic creatures. (1) The State Government may by notification in the Gazette make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. All rules made under this Act shall, as soon as may be after they are made, be laid before each House of the State Legislature.
