Power to make rules.- (1) The government may, by notification in the Gazette, make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

12. Power to make rules.- (1) The government may, by notification in the Gazette, make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act. (2) In making a rule under this Act, the Government may provide that a contravention thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
