1. 25th June , 1984 , vide notification No. G.S.R. 470(E), dated 25th June , 1984 , see Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, sec. (i). (4) The accounts of the Society as certified by the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India or any person appointed by him in this behalf together with the audit report thereof shall be forwarded annually to the Central Government and that Government shall cause the same to be laid before each House of Parliament .
