Section 22.
Penalties.
If any person contravenes any of the provision of this Act or any rule or of Order made thereunder, he shall be liable to imprisonment up to six months or to a fine not exceeding 1 [one lakh rupees] or both and in the case of continuing contravention to a further fine not exceeding 2 [five thousand] for each day during which the contravention continues.
