Orders under the provision of the Regularisation of Unauthorized Construction Act, 2016 (Goa Act 20 of 2016) Department of Revenue ________ Order 16/55/2015 -RD/2239 The Government of Goa is hereby pleased to specify a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees ten thousand only) as fee for processing of applications filed under section 3(1) of the Goa Regularisation of Unauthorized Construction Act, 2016 (Goa Act 20 of 2016) to be paid by the applicant for scrutiny of such applications by the authorized officers.
