Governor of the National Capi- tal Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Inspecting Offic- ers, Labour Officers, Assistant Labour Commissioners, Dy. Labour Commissioners, Joint Labour Commissioner and Labour Commissioner as Inspectors for the purpose of the said Act. 2746 DG/98 2 DELHI GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY (PART IV Inspecting Officers, Labour officers and Assistant Labour Commissioners are assigned jurisdiction in the re- spective district m which thery have been posted,. It is necessary to regu- late the movement of slow moving traffic on Delhi roads and to ensure the commence and safety of life of residents, chil- dren and other road users. Now, therefore I, M Upadhye, Dy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Delhi in exercise of the power conferred upon me under regulation 30(1) of the Delhi control of ve- hicular and other traffic on road and street regulation, 1980 do herebyprobibited the plying of goods rickshaws and hand carts on Shyama Prashad Mukbaiji Marg from 8 AM to I I AM and 5 PM to 8 PM. This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the offficial gazette and by affixing a copy on the Notice Boards of the offices of all Distt DCsP and all police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi, The concerned civic agency and road maintaining au- thorities shall meet the corresponding sign boards indicat- ing the resrtiction in the area for the information and conve- nience of all concerned. And whereas, it is necessary to prevent this Harm by reducing noise caused by blowing of horns in the said area of the colony of Qutab Enclave, LIG/DDA flats, Delhi. Now, therefore, I. M. S. UPADHYE, Deputy Commis- sioner of Police Traffic, Delhi in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Section 29 (e) of Delhi Police Act, 1978 by the Commissioner of Police, Delhi vide his order No. 1433- 1560/Spl Cell dated 7th July 1978 do hereby prohibit the blow of horns in the "Silence Zone" in the area of colony of Qutab Enclave, LIG/DDA Flats, Delhi.
