62. Punishment for obstructing O impersonating a Food Safety Officer. If a person without reasonable excuse, resists, obstructs, or attempts to obstruct; impersonate, threaten, intimidate O assault a Food Safety Officer in exercising his functions under this Act; he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months and also with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees.
