-D. (1) Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) the 1 [ViceChairman] and other members of the Board not being ex-officio members thereof shall hold office for two years unless the term of the 1 [ViceChairman] or such other member is determined earlier by the Government by notification in the Gazette, and shall be eligible for reappointment.
