Received the assent of the President on October 28, 1964, under Article 201 of the Constitution of India and was published in the Uttar Pradesh Gazette , Extraordinary dated November 10, 1964. ] AN ACT to provide for the regulation of sale and purchase of agricultural produce and for the establishment, superintendence and control of markets therefor in Uttar Pradesh. It is hereby enacted in the Fifteenth Year of the republic of India as follows : — CHAPTER — I Preliminary (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964. It extends to the whole of the Uttar Pradesh. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context : —
