[2-A. The agriculturist/producer may sell his produce according to his choice anywhere in or outside this State :

4 [2-A. The agriculturist/producer may sell his produce according to his choice anywhere in or outside this State : Provided that no market fee shall be collected for wholesale transition from agriculturist – seller : Provided further that no market fee shall be levied or collected on the retail sale of any specified agricultural produce, where such sale is made by an agriculturist or a producer directly to the consumer for his domestic consumption. ]
