Section 26

-I. Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may, by general or special order delegate, either unconditionally or subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order, to any subcommittee appointed by it or to 1 [the Director or] the MemberSecretary or any other officer of the Board such of its powers and duties under this Act, as it may deem fit.
