7 [ 19-B . (1) There shall be established for each committee, a fund to be called Market Development Fund to which the following amounts shall be credited — (a) sixty five per cent of the amount standing to the credit of the Market Committee Fund immediately before the commencement of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Laws (Amendment) Act, 1978 ; (b) such other amounts as may from time to time be directed by the Board to be credited to this fund.
