6. State Agricultural Produce Markets Board established with effect from June 27, 1973 vide notification no. A -5256/12 (5)-96-73, dated June 26, 1973. (2) The Board shall be a body corporated by the said name having perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue or be sued by the said name and acquire, hold and dispose of property and enter into contracts. (3) The Board shall for all purposes be deemed to be a local authority.
