4 . Subs. by sec. 3(b) of U.P. Act No. 17 of 2005. Contract, etc. on behalf of the Committee Market Committee Fund and its utilizations such conditions and restrictions as may be specified in the notification; Provided that in the case of a new total export-oriented industrial or agro processing unit that use perishable specified agricultural produce as raw material, the period of exemption under this clause may be extended for a period not exceeding ten years. ]
