(1) Any Market which shall be main Mandi Samiti, may grant unified license to purchase specified agriculture produce from the farmers and traders in such a manner as may be prescribed in the bye laws, in the pre-communicated places in the whole State, for one or more of the following purposes :–

(1) Any Market which shall be main Mandi Samiti, may grant unified license to purchase specified agriculture produce from the farmers and traders in such a manner as may be prescribed in the bye laws, in the pre-communicated places in the whole State, for one or more of the following purposes :– (a) processing of specified agricultural produce ; (b) trading of specified agricultural produce ; (c) grading, packing and transaction in other way by value addition of specified agricultural produce. ]
